Similarly, it makes it possible for busy parents, professionals, students and others to receive care outside of normal office hours.\u201d<\/p>\n An award-winning researcher, Dr. Weiss led clinical studies that resulted in approval of three new therapies by the Food and Drug Administration. He has also authored numerous articles and presented research findings at major medical conferences.<\/p>\n His areas of special interest include psoriasis, dermatologic surgery and Mohs surgery \u2013 a precise\u00a0surgical\u00a0technique that is widely considered to be the most effective technique for removing the two most common skin cancers \u2013 basal cell carcinoma\u00a0and\u00a0squamous cell carcinoma.
